Create a Port Forward for ScreenConnect in your Router

The following ports need to be forwarded for ScreenConnect:

ScreenConnect - PC

  • TCP: 8040-8041
  • UDP:

Forwarding Ports for ScreenConnect

You may need to forward ports in your router when you use ScreenConnect. By forwarding ports you allow connection requests coming from the internet to be directed to ScreenConnect.

By default routers do not allow incoming network requests. By forwarding ports you can work around this limitation.
